Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy for chemical and materials analysis

The Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Facility in the School of Chemistry houses five solution-state spectrometers, with proton frequencies up to 500 MHz.

The NMR facility staff provides specialist guidance and advice on using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy as a solution to their scientific problems. This includes which experiment(s) are most appropriate to answer their problems, training on using these state-of-the art instruments and interpretation of data.
