We are pleased to invite current offer holders to meet with Ms Alexa Haslam, International Officer, from the University of Birmingham who will be visiting Japan in June 2017 to provide a pre-departure briefing presentation to students joining the University in September 2017. 

This is an exciting opportunity for us to provide you with valuable information on how to prepare for your arrival here to study at one of the world's top universities! 

The briefing will enable you to find out lots of useful information about travelling to Birmingham, what to do when you arrive at the University, your accommodation, student visa and much more.  Attending the event will also give you the chance to meet and make friends with other students coming to study at the University in September.

Please ensure you register online as soon as possible as places will be limited.

The events will be held in English with a briefing in Japanese following the presentation and is free to attend. 

The briefings will be held at our local representative’s offices and all students are welcome - you do not need to have made your application through an agent to attend. However, for registration purposes, we will pass your details onto our agent - please indicate on the order form if you do not wish for us to do so.
