The following information is for guidance only and should be used together with the University's general entrance requirements and any specific degree programme requirements.

Holders of the Riigieksamid (State Examinations) with scores of 8-9/10 or 85/100 together with Gümnaasiumi lõputunnistus (Secondary School Certificate) with a minimum overall score of 4/5 will be considered for entry to the first year of our undergraduate degree programmes.

Please refer to the information below as guidance for grade comparisons to A-level entry requirements:

A*AA - AAB: 5/5 overall in the Gümnaasiumi lõputunnistus to include a minimum of 90% in three Riigieksamid (State examinations)
ABB - BBB: 4/5 overall in the Gümnaasiumi lõputunnistus to include a minimum of 85% in three Riigieksamid (State examinations)  

Specific subject requirements:
A* = 95%
A = 90%
B = 85%


Holders of a good Bakalaurusekraad from a recognised university or Applied Higher Education Institution with a minimum GPA of 4/5 or B for 2:1 equivalency or 3/5 for C for 2:2 equivalency, or a good Rakenduskõrgharidusõppe Diplom (Professional Higher Education Diploma), will be considered for entry to taught postgraduate programmes.

Holders of a good Bakalaurusekraad from a recognised university with a minimum GPA of 4/5 or B, or a good one- or two-year Magistrikraad from a recognised university, will be considered for entry to postgraduate research programmes.

English Language

You will be required to provide evidence of your English ability. Please view the entry requirements for specific programme requirements.
