A doctoral researcher from the Work & Organisational Psychology Group at Aston Business School is keen to find some graduate participants for his research project looking into bias in employment testing. The testing itself comprises five mental ability tests that participants might expect to encounter when applying for jobs in the UK, plus a short occupationally-based personality questionnaire (to be completed in their own time, should they want to receive feedback on this as well).
In return, you will get the opportunity to practice some employment tests and will receive feedback on your performance that could help you develop in your professional lives. It does not matter how long ago you graduated, nor your degree discipline.
