Birmingham Choral Union is proud to be performing this tuneful and stimulating masterpiece, which has its roots right here in Birmingham.   Antonin Dvořák composed his Requiem at the beginning of his peak creative period and the first performance was given at the Birmingham Festival of 1891. Come along to hear Birmingham Choral Union, under the guidance of Colin Baines, bring this thrilling piece to life.
