The University of Birmingham Music Society perform one of the most recognisable works for chorus, Orff’s Carmina Burana, under the direction of CBSO Chorus Associate Conductor, Julian Wilkins. This concert also includes Elgar’s ever-popular ‘Enigma’ Variations, which comprises affectionate musical portraits of his wife, friends and finally, himself, performed by the Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Director of Orchestral Studies, Daniele Rosina.
