The Council currently has five business meetings during each academic year; two in the autumn term, two in the spring term and one during the summer term.

Additional Special meetings may be arranged in accordance with Standing Orders.
The Secretary should be notified in writing of items of business for the Council at least fourteen days in advance of the meeting.
