Black History Month: Crossing Boundaries

Celebrating Black History Month 2015

Created by Katherine Hannaford, “Crossing Boundaries” is a looping video projection examining diversity on campus at the University of Birmingham; looking back at our past, exploring our present and questioning our future. Developed for Black History Month, the projection has been created with a mixture of archive footage and images and new videographic and photographic material, interspersed with quotations from research and interviews around campus.

The video will be projected on to the Watson Building from 5.30pm to 8.00pm on the 8th, 15th and 22nd October.
