National Badminton League
In October the UK witnessed the launch of the first official National Badminton League, and the University of Birmingham Lions took to the National Indoor Arena where they beat Team Derby in a 3 - 2 thriller.
The next game will be hosted in the University’s iconic Great Hall on December 1 against the Nottingham and televised live on Sky Sports. With its intimate, prestigious location and a taste of victory, the Lions will be looking to take another win in their pursuit to be the inaugural league champions.
