Nanosight LM10 is a particle analysis and real-time dynamic nanoparticle visualisation system based on an optical microscope with a laser light source which is used to illuminate the nanoparticles in a liquid suspension. This technique images the nanoparticles using their scattered light. Then the NTA software uses the speed derived from their Brownian motion to calculate the particle size and provide PSD plots.
