Mads Gravas is a Seconded National Expert in DG Education and Culture, Unit C1 Higher Education; Erasmus. His main responsibilities are work on the new user-driven, multidimensional and international ranking of higher education institutions, establishing a European Tertiary Education Register, Transparency tools and Erasmus for All.
In his previous job, The Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research which he is seconded from, his main task were related to mergers in higher education, reforms in governance and funding of Norwegian Higher Education, work on various analyses and a national expert in different expert groups in the European Commission. Mads Gravas hold a second degree (ISCED 5A) in Political Science from the University of Oslo.
