For 2013, we are delighted that the Wellcome Trust has awarded funding to enable academic research trainees to attend the Conference in July. Please download and complete application form [doc 85kb]

The Conference Dinner on Thursday 11th July will be an Indian Banquet held at Birmingham Town Hall, Victoria Square, Birmingham. 

This is a non-profit making conference, the delegate fees cover the actual cost of the conference, which we have endeavoured to make as affordable as possible.

How to register

Single Delegate Booking and Multiple Delegate Bookings can be made online with a credit/debit card at our online shop or by completing the Registration Form if paying by invoice or cheque.

If paying by invoice please ensure you submit a copy of the Purchase Order with the Registration Form.

Submit the Registration Form and Purchase Order to the CPD Office 
med-cpdbookings@contacts.bham.ac.uk.  

All bookings will be treated as provisional until a Purchase Order is received. 

If you will be paying by cheque, make the cheque payable to the 'University of Birmingham' and send it to the address below along with the Registration Form:

Accommodation

Accommodation must be paid for online at the time of booking, we are unable to take accommodation payment via invoice or cheque.  This is a separate transaction to Registration.

We are working in partnership with Top Banana Venues and have arranged reduced rates at hotels in Birmingham for the conference.
