Course Summary
Registered allied healthcare professionals (AHPs) are accountable to the Health Professions Council (HPC) for their professional practice and as part of this process are responsible for managing their own continuing professional development (CPD).
Carolyn Roskell and Clive Liles will lead an interactive workshop that will examine what skills and attributes are necessary for CPD, and through practical exercises, will consider a variety of materials and evidence that can be submitted for CPD audit. Workshop activities will be based around reflective practice, gathering appropriate evidence and keeping a portfolio. The session will also offer opportunity for ‘trouble shooting’ aspects of CPD relevant to your own personal experience and needs.
