Requiring as little as 10ng total RNA, we can take your samples from isolated cells and tissues, to fully-analysed bio-informatic results. All arrays are run upon Agilent SurePrint slides, providing robust results on a wide variety of target organisms.

Roche 430 Light Cycler...

The latest addition to our battery of real time PCR machines is the Light -Cycler 480 . Located in the Centre for Translational Inflammation Research (CTIR) within the new Queen Elizabeth Hospital this versatile qPCR machine comes with two interchangable blocks, 96 and 384 wells. Fluidigm Biomark Genetic Analyser...

The Biomark genetic analyser is a high throughput PCR machine allowing traditional TaqMan assays to be carried out on a hitherto unprecedented large scale. The instrument can be used in a 48:48 or 96:96 array format making it possible to perform 9216 separate PCR reactions on one chip.
