Tamsin Greig is an award-winning stage, film, television and radio actor.  She won an Olivier Award and Critics Circle Award for her performance as Beatrice in Marianne Elliott's RSC production of "Much Ado About Nothing".

She is known for her work on television in iconic shows Black Books, Love Soup, Friday Night Dinner, Episodes, and Green Wing for which she won a Royal Television Society Award for Best Performance in a Comedy. She played Beth Hardiment in Stephen Frears' film "Tamara Drewe", and plays opposite Kelsey Grammer in the 2016 movie "Breaking the Bank".

Other notable TV appearances include "The Diary of Anne Frank", "White Heat", "Emma", "Going Postal" and "The Guilty" playing DCI Maggie Brand.  Tamsin made her musical debut last year in the West End stage adaptation of Almodovar's film "Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown", for which she was nominated for an Olivier Award, and returns to the National Theatre in 2017 to play Malvolia in "Twelfth Night".

Tamsin is an Ambassador for the international relief and development charity Tearfund, and is a mentor with the Birmingham University Alumni Leadership Programme.
