About the internship

The main aim of the internship for the organisation is to coordinate the implementation of several projects at the level of HR North Africa that will ensure higher business efficiency and a better internal customer satisfaction.

The opportunity will last for eight weeks during the summer vacation 2015, ideally to start in June.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities for the intern will be to:

  • Follow up Neptune (e-recruitment software) and Gemini (HR information system) implementation and support communication strategy around them
  • Support HR business partners in Grow project initiatives (Leadership Development)
  • Collect necessary feedback from stakeholders regarding internal communication initiatives
  • Coordinate an awareness campaign around Neptune among people managers.

  • Computer and system access/ email account

Qualifications and Skills

Applications are welcome from students studying any discipline.

It is desirable that applicants have previous internship experience in the HR Function, preferably in a multinational context.
