About the internship
The main aim of the internship for the organisation is to coordinate the implementation of several projects at the level of HR North Africa that will ensure higher business efficiency and a better internal customer satisfaction.
The opportunity will last for eight weeks during the summer vacation 2014, ideally to start in June.
The employer will provide a full induction and mandatory e-learning training, as well as computer and system access and an email account.
The key responsibilities for the intern will be to:
follow up Neptune (e-recruitment software) and Gemini (HR information system) implementation and support communication strategy around them
support HR business partners in Grow project initiatives (Leadership Development)
collect necessary feedback from stakeholders regarding internal communication initiatives
coordinate an awareness campaign around Neptune among people managers
Qualifications and skills
