About the internship

The main aim of the internships will be to coordinate the implementation of several projects at the level of HR North Africa that will ensure higher business efficiency and a better internal customer satisfaction.

The placement will be based in Casablanca, Morocco; all costs will be covered by Global Challenge. The internship will last for 8 weeks.

Key responsibilities

1)  Follow up Neptune (e-recruitment software) implementation with Graylink and ensure HR and IT actions coordination. Neptune is a software application for e-recruitment management that will be embedded to GSK.com’s North Africa page. The support that will be provided by the intern will concern two aspects:

  • Coordinate with the service provider and HR/IT during the implementation phase: this will include scheduling meetings and taking care of training logistics. 
  • Communication around Neptune: Support in implementing internal communication actions among GSK staff.

2)  Support HR business partners in the design of 2013 graduate program:  

  • Collect necessary feedback from stakeholders about the e-recruitment project and the graduate program, and consolidate a report with action plan and defined next steps  

3)  Coordinate an awareness campaign around Neptune among people managers

  • Coordinate an awareness campaign around 2013 graduate program among line and senior managers

Desirable: Previous internships in the HR Function, preferably in a multinational context.

The internship is open to students of all degree backgrounds.

We will attempt to provide you with the opportunity to speak with the student who worked with GSK in Brazil and the student who undertook a procurement project with GSK in 2012 prior to your departure.
