As the NHS sets out a plan to ‘make the NHS the best place to work’ it is recognised that the mental wellbeing of the future NHS workforce will be crucial in achieving this ambition. This event provides an opportunity for learning about mental wellbeing, sharing experiences, and net-friending with NHS learners from across the healthcare system.

As this conference is funded by Health Education England, places for students, learners and educators on healthcare programmes are free

In addition, there are limited places reserved for educators and supervisors.

The key themes for the conference are aligned to the findings from the NHS Staff and Learners Wellbeing Review.

  • Being human
  • The value of self-care
  • Social connection
  • Rest and relaxation
  • Wellbeing in the digital age
  • Suicide, bereavement and support

The conference will be a positive and vibrant day with a combination of expert speakers, interactive workshops and social/relaxation sessions. The event will be accessible and baby friendly.

Mission: To improve the mental wellbeing of NHS learners through education, collaboration and innovation; improving the lives of the future NHS workforce.
