The Birmingham Foundation Academy (BFA) offers a distinctive, University of Birmingham experience, taught on campus by expert Birmingham academics.
The BFA has academic pathways leading to a wide range of undergraduate subjects including; Arts, Law, Business, Engineering and Sciences. The programme also supports the development of your Academic English and study skills.

- The University of Birmingham is a founding member of the Russell Group and is ranked 15th in the UK in the 2014 Guardian University Guide and 13th by the Sunday Times.
- BFA entry requirements: Average of 4/5 or 80% in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate. Minimum IELTS 5.5 with at least 5.0 in each band or equivalent.
- The BFA package for 2013 is £13,300. This includes tuition fees, text books, classroom equipment and field trips. Indicative costs for en-suite single accommodation are £5,880 self-catering and £7,295 with a meal plan.
