Name: Nahed Mohammed
Home Country: Saudi Arabia
Course: MSc Molecular Biotechnology

Nahed Mohammed   "I chose to study at the University of Birmingham because it is one of the top ranked universities and it has a very good reputation.

I've studied Environmental Biotechnology in Taif University in Saudi Arabia. It is so different to study here in terms of the content of modules, practicals, and the method of information delivery.

The biotechnology staff are so helpful and cooperative, they organize everything and try to make things as easy as possible. Also, the practical part is very useful especially for those people who have limited experience.

The facilities in the School are very good. We are using computers that have all programs we need, everything is convenient to get from the Biosciences building.

Birmingham is a nice city, you can get used to living here easily, and the University is one of the best universities in the UK.

After the MSc I might apply for a PhD at University of Birmingham, and after that I hope I can find a job in an international company or work in Saudi universities."
