Professor Paul Murray

This inaugural lecture will be given by Professor Paul Murray, Professor of Molecular Pathology from the School of Cancer Sciences. Professor Murray will describe the identification of Hodgkin's lymphoma from a historical perspective. He will also focus on recent discoveries made in Birmingham that have lead to a better understanding of the causes of this disease, including his own work on how a common pathogen, the Epstein Barr virus, is involved.
