Jane Sutcliffe, physical theatre artist and actress, will respond to sculptures in Carved, Cast and Modelled to create a unique performance. She will then run a family workshop where you will be able to create your own response in performance using gesture, movement and the voice.

Jane Sutcliffe graduated from the University of Birmingham and Ecole de Theatre Jacques Lecoq, Paris. She has worked as a performer, actress and creator of original physical theatre for over 20 years, working in the UK and abroad. Her last two shows Soul in a Suitcase and Cupid's Strongest Bow were directed by John Wright.

Jane creates dynamic physical theatre, exploring contemporary issues and archetypal themes. Her workshop processes are based on collaboration, improvisation, research and play. The starting point is the individual or group - their range of movement, creativity and emotion. To see more of Jane’s work, visit her website; www.metaphysique.co.uk.
