Bathers at Tahiti_Gauguin

Gallery Trail: Black Women at the Barber: explores representations of black women in four works from the collection including Degas' Miss Lala at the Cirque Fernando (1879), Gauguin's Bathers at Tahiti (1897), a West African (Benin) Hand Altar for a Queen Mother (18th-19th century), and an Indian Miniature painting from the Moghul School Portrait of a Lady (18th century).

Monday to Friday: 10am - 5pm; Saturday to Sunday: 11am - 5pm
