Sam Crowe Group
Since its formation in 2008 and the release of its début album in 2010, the Sam Crowe Group has created a buzz on the British jazz scene, receiving high praise and accolades from press and public alike. They have performed to sell-out audiences across the UK and were invited to appear in a pre-concert show for Herbie Hancock at the London Jazz Festival (South Bank Centre) in 2010. The group plays Crowe’s own compositions, which echo a wide range of influences, from Debussy to Keith Jarrett and – (reflecting his Bristol roots) Roni Size and Massive Attack.
