Presentations programme

Presentations and drop-ins offer you the opportunity to meet with our students and let them know what you are looking for in an application, what your recruitment plans are, opportunities for the coming year and what differentiates you from your competition.

We provide a comprehensive service, coordinating employer presentations, drop-ins and skills sessions to ensure you avoid clashing with other events – or competitors – and therefore maximise the impact of your visit.

Spring Recruiters in Residence Programme 2017

Our Spring Recruiters in Residence Programme runs from Monday 23 January through to Thursday 2 March and we invite employers to host drop-ins, these are the most effective way of engaging students at this time of year, following the autumn milkround season and perfect for raising the profile of your business and opportunities. We are able to offer various high foot fall locations across campus and also have our dedicated seminar room (details below) available for hire. We are also able to accommodate presentations and workshops, please get in touch for further details.

Employer Seminar Room 

We are able to offer dedicated space for employer events, skills workshops and drop-ins in our Employer Seminar Room. The room has an ideal location, in the Aston Webb Building nearby the new Student Hub and is available for hire at a small charge. The room is fully equipped with a 70 inch plasma screen and can seat 40 comfortably with tables and chairs. The furniture is fully adjustable and therefore can be adapted to fit your needs.

We offer you a comprehensive promotional package for all bookings within the programme. Our administration and publicity charge (£120+VAT) includes a range of services:

  • Inclusion on our online events programme with our dedicated events listing 
  • Online student registration management for presentations and workshops 
  • Regular emails to careers contacts in Colleges for distribution to their students
  • Promotion via our Social Media feeds (Facebook and Twitter)

There are also other services that are available to you at an additional charge such targeted e-bulletin promotion.
