The University of Birmingham is proud of its extensive links with universities and other strategic partners throughout the world.
We are a founder member of Universitas 21, the prestigious consortium of global research-led universities, which promotes international collaboration among its 23 member institutions across 13 countries.
Through our network of global partnerships we engage in a wide range of activities including staff and student exchange and collaboration in research and teaching.
In addition to our network of university partners we have a number of other strategic relationships with government ministries, sponsors and funding bodies such as the Chinese Scholarship Council, Egyptian Ministry of Education, Ford Foundation and Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.
We are always interested in furthering our cooperation and development overseas and providing new and exciting opportunities for our students and staff. Therefore, we welcome informal, exploratory discussions.
