We are offering up to 15 fully funded PhD studentships in STEM subjects, with an association with industrial partners.
We are inviting the very best applicants to join us in our research to explore, analyse and provide innovative solutions to challenges in the modern world. Studentships are for four years and are available full-time and part-time. A full studentship award comprises of an annual stipend at £14,553 for 2017/18 (pro rota for part-time) and full payment of tuition fees at UK/EU level of £4,195 in 2017/18.
The range of industrial collaboration is wide, ranging from emissions in novel engines, through the manufacture of new materials and use of innovative manufacturing processes to structural characterisation of protein/protein and protein/drug complexes.
