The Behavioural Medicine Research Group has three psychophysiology laboratories equipped to measure:
-
oscillometric and continuous arterial blood pressure, as well as venous pressure
-
electrocardiography, 128-channel electroencephalography, electromyography, impedance cardiography, limb blood flow, and
-
full blood count, whole blood viscosity, colloid osmotic pressure, coagulation.
The behavioural immunology laboratory is fully equipped to perform cell-separation and blood differential analyses, to conduct immunochemical assessments, to carry out cell and tissue culturing experiments, and has its own sterilization facility. The group also has dedicated observation facilities.
