The ICCS is pleased to announce the release of our inaugural newsletter; a compilation of short articles on the most pressing security issues of the day, written by a variety of experts within the Institute. This issue predominantly focuses on our 'Civil War, Intervention and State-building' research cluster and contains a number of articles ranging from Security Sector Reform in Afghanistan, to broader debates on the emerging 'Responsibility to Protect' doctrine.
