CARE has a site licence for Sketch Engine and in this session we will look at the large range of corpora available in Sketch Engine, and learn the basics of making queries in one particular corpus, the British Academic Written English corpus. We will cover the various ways to make a query, including using regular expressions, and we will look at frequency information and word sketches.
