On-campus conference accommodation in the Halls of Residence can be booked during registration. For delegates who prefer to stay off-campus, we provide information on hotels below. Off-campus accommodation cannot be booked during registration. Any bookings for the off-campus options will be made by individual delegates, and any queries or complaints should be discussed with the venue directly.

On-campus conference accommodation (recommended option)

Conference accommodation is available at the Chamberlain Halls of Residence. The halls are located at the entrance of the Vale Village, overlooking the lake, approximately 20-30 minutes walk from the conference venue. There will be a daily coach service from the halls to the conference venue.

  • £46 per night, per room
  • Modern single, en-suite rooms (this virtual tour shows the interior of a double bedroom, furnished in the same style)
  • B&B included: breakfast will be offered in the nearby InFusion Restaurant in the Shackleton Building
  • Address: Chamberlain, 37 Church Road, Birmingham, B15 3AS

Before arrival, an email will be sent to every guest, with information about the location and details about the Vale Village.

Off-campus conference accomodation

Please find below a list of off-campus accommodation venues in the local area. The committee presents this list as suggestions but does not accept responsibility or liability for the venues or the services they offer. Please note that there are many other accommodation venues that would be suitable and may have availability for the conference. We recommend that you use check accommodation websites (like bedandbreakfasts.co.uk and booking.com). Please enter the postcode ‘B15 2TT’ in order to find accommodation close to the campus. Early booking is recommended.
