David Gillborn has contributed to an article in The Voice which suggests that Black Pupils are improving faster than any other group.

As well as raising concerns about figures that use the performance of a single year to define a trend, he also discusses the cuts in funding programmes which encourage, for example, the recruitment of Black and other Minority Ethnic teachers.
