In October 2010 IEL Director Professor Martin Trybus delivered a paper on EU defence procurement at the 2nd International Public Procurement Forum in Beijing.
The conference was organised and held on the premises of the Central University of Finance and Economics and financed by the European Commission's Asialink project. 150 delegates - academics, lawyers, policy makers, and practitioners - from China and 20 other countries attended.
