In April 2011 Professor Trybus gave a paper on “The Scope of a Remedies System” at the conference “Enforcement of Public Procurement Rules: Lessons from a Comparative Perspective” organised by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) in London. Academics and lawyers from the UK, Germany, Italy, France, and the US attended.
