Policy paper on the implications of WTO renewable energy ruling

In the context of the E-15 Initiative Dr Luca Rubini has co-authored with Aaron Cosbey, economist of the Canadian-based NGO International Institute for Sustainable Development a short ‘think piece’ which will constitute one of the documents that will be presented at a side-event of the WTO Ministerial Conference in Bali in December 2013.

Luca Rubini is currently working a book project on the regulation and governance of clean energy subsidies in the WTO. This will be published by Cambridge University Press in 2014.
