Professor Trybus appointed to second term on ESA Procurement Review Board

Professor Martin Trybus, Director of the IEL, has been appointed to a second term for 2013-2016 on the Procurement Review Board of the European Space Agency. 

The Board, consisting of six members, hears appeals of aggrieved bidders against procurement decisions of the ESA, as part of a procurement review and remedies system which also include the Director General of ESA and two ESA Ombudsmen.
