Members of ITSEE have been associated with the EU COST action INTEREDITION since its inception.
The four-year project to promote the interoperability of tools and methodology for digital scholarly editing and research is now coming to a close, with a two-day Symposium at the Huygens Institute for the History of The Netherlands in The Hague on 19-20th March 2012.
Three members of ITSEE will be presenting papers: Dr Hugh Houghton will speak on “So Great A Cloud of Witnesses”: Digital Editing and the New Testament and Troy Griffitts will co-present a paper on Shared tools for digitized workflows – a text regularization case study. Prof. Peter Robinson, former Director of ITSEE, will introduce the Textual Communities project at the University of Saskatchewan.
The programme for the Symposium has now been published, and participants may register for free online. A developers' bootcamp will run in parallel alongside the Symposium: for details, contact Dr. Joris van Zundert.
ITSEE also hosted an INTEREDITION bootcamp in June 2011 for developers of CollateX.
