Each year the AHRC provides funding from the Government to support research and postgraduate study in the arts and humanities. Only applications of the highest quality are funded and the range of research supported by this investment of public funds not only provides social and cultural benefits but also contributes to the economic success of the UK.

Five themed workshops planned over four meetings will run between September 2010 and August 2012.
Speakers will be drawn from the network or be invited, to bring additional expertise to the network. A range of different theoretical, methodological and disciplinary approaches will be represented, encouraging the generation of an innovative research agenda, particularly for ethics and law.
