Empirical Bioethics

MESH aims to develop interdisciplinary research in bioethics, utilising and integrating empirical and philosophical methods. This involves both developing independent projects as well ‘embedding’ biomedical ethics research into existing studies. We also publish on the theoretical and methodological challenges of integrating the normative and the empirical.

MESH members active in this research area are:

Dr Jonathan Ives
Prof Heather Draper
Prof Angus Dawson
Mr Greg Moorlock
