West Midlands PCT and CCG work requests

Under the current commissioning and governance arrangements, the programme of work undertaken by the WMCSU on behalf of the NHS in the West Midlands is managed by a committee of the PCT Cluster CEOs.  

To make a request please download and complete the work request form and return it via email or post to the WMCSU. Requests should be signed by a member of your organisation’s senior management team.

 All requests will be screened by WMCSU for suitability and then submitted to the PCT Cluster CEO committee for a decision on acceptance and prioritisation. The full process from request to product delivery and adoption is illustrated below.
