Our Trial Steering Committee/Data Monitoring Committee met in December 2012 for a discussion about the interim data analysis. Whilst this remains confidential until the close of the study, the DMC reported that they were satisfied with our progress. The committee concluded that no further TSC/DMC meetings or interim data analysis would be required before the study began write-up phase.
2013 Milestones:
-The team submitted their study update report to the HTA in early January 2013.
-Recruitment to the study is due to end 31 March 2013.
-Follow-up of patients will continue until September 2013.
