We will then put you in direct contact with the organiser of your chosen activity, so that the appropriate arrangments can be made.

The school are holding a careers fair at the same time as the practice interviews. Ambassadors will give short presentations about their job roles and opportunities within the sector and to have discussions with small groups of students as they move round the careers fair.

Inspiring Assembly Talk Washwood Heath Academy

The school are looking for ambassadors to talk about their career with their sixth form students. You can talk about your job, how you got there, qualifications needed and where you studied and what employers seek in potential employees. The presentation would last no longer than 10 minutes.

Maths and Physics in the Workplace

The school will be holding a STEM fair for their year 7 students with STEM based activities that students from different schools will compete in.They want to include a careers section in the day, so are looking for ambassadors to talk about how maths and physics are used in their jobs. You can talk, show a presentation or photos about your career, how you got there, what's interesting about it etc.

Mock Interviews Bartley Green School

The school are running a mock interview session for their year 11s. The students will be given a wide choice of job specifications to choose from and will then complete an application form, followed by an interview. You will be given a list of questions but you can ask your own. You will also be provided with an interview performance check list to give feedback on. The school are particularly looking for those with a medical or engineering background.
