The registration fee includes:

  • The participation in the meeting 
  • Conference material
  • Refreshment, lunches and drink receptions
  • All fees include VAT

Conference Bursaries

We are pleased to announce that competitive bursaries are now available to attend this exciting meeting. 

  • Applicants must be PhD students or Early Career Scientists (junior postdoctoral researcher in the first 3 years of their postdoc). 
  • Applicants must have registered by 1 November 2013 and have submitted an abstract to present their research at the conference 
  • Maximum funding for PhD students: £250. 
  • Maximum funding for Early Career Scientists: £350.

To apply for the bursary please email the following, as an attached document, to 

  • a short (max 250 words) justification for proposal outlining why you should be awarded the bursary

Cancellation and refunds:

  • Cancellations before 01 November 2013 are entitled to a full refund (minus £50 cancellation fee)
  • Cancellations after 01 November 2013 (and non-attendances) are not eligible for a refund
