To study mechanisms by which human sperm regulate their motility and understanding the importance of Calcium signaling (Ca2+) in human sperm motility.

I studied Biotechnology at SRM University –Chennai-Tamil Nadu-India. Whilst at SRM University I developed interest in medical biotechnology and after my first degree I worked at Global Hospitals – Hyderabad-India, in the area of Transplant biology, Immunology and Stem cell research. After work experience of 2years, I applied for Biotechnology (Honor’s) at Deakin university –Geelong-Victoria-Australia where I had an opportunity to collaborate with Laboratory of Immunology and Molecular Biomedical Research (LIMBR) and Institute for Technology & Research Innovation (ITRI) in the field of Cancer Biomarkers.

I am member of Society for Reproduction and Fertility. I also helped organizing a DR-Led Conference on cell division at University of Birmingham.
I participated in different fundraising activities through St Mary’s Hospice Society and UNICEF
