Caroline Miller, Corporate Responsibility Manager, Aldi UK

As a graduate of the MSc in Corporate Governance and CSR at the University of Birmingham, Caroline successfully made the transition from not for profit sector to corporate responsibility, beginning her new career at Sainsbury's in 2006. Within a year of working in Community Affairs, she was appointed Corporate Responsibility Manager, with responsibility for driving the CR agenda and producing the company's annual CR Report. From there, Caroline moved into the role of Brand Integrity and Sustainability Manager where she was acted as guardian of Sainsbury's own-label standards and gained experience of building sustainable supply chains with suppliers and producers.  After five years' experience with Sainsbury's, Caroline was recently recruited by Aldi where she is now starting up the company's UK CR department.
