Ian Cranna, the Vice President of Marketing of Starbucks, visited Birmingham Business School and delivered a talk covering two major aspects; "The Challenges of Standardizing/Adapting Marketing Across Multicultural Europe" and "The Role of Social and Digital Media in Marketing, Engagement and Brand Building". We caught up with him to ask what he hoped to gain from his talk.
