The Unipart Story: John Neill CBE, Chairman and CEO, The Unipart Group
The Unipart Group is a £1billion turnover manufacturer, logistics services firm and consultancy business.
What makes its story so compelling is that it’s one of Britain’s largest employee-owned companies, with the majority of shares being held by its 10,000 employees around the world.
The Unipart story begins in the mid 70's building a foundation for success despite a deeply troubled parent company and then creating the conditions for a successful buy-out in 1987. John Neill led this buy-out determined to create a world class British company that would become a model for customer and employee engagement.
John will tell the Unipart Story and how The Unipart Way has led the firm to becoming one of Britain’s largest independent companies.
