Xavier BrosetaXavier Broseta is Executive Vice President for Human Resources and Labour Relations at Air France. After graduating from the Ecole Normale Supérieure and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, he began his career by taking charge of the National Employment Fund at the Ministry of Employment in 1995. In 2000, Xavier left this post to take responsibly for the negotiations for the French National Health Service. In 2002, he joined the team at Thalès, attaining the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Business Group Components and then the Air Systems Division. In 2008, he was appointed Senior Vice President for International Human Resources in charge of South Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and The Middle East at Thalès.

Xavier can count running 7 marathons among his accomplishments. He teaches at Sciences Po Paris and is responsible for human resources education at Paris-Sorbonne University.
