Throughout Paul's career he has worked within Retail and Wealth Banking holding various head office, back office and front office leadership and management roles. Paul's experience is also of an international nature having worked in Dubai, Hong Kong, New York, Channel Islands and most recently Lebanon. Having previously led a region of over 1000 staff this year he took on the challenge to lead the creation of the Ring-fenced Bank for Retail Banking and Wealth Management for HSBC in response to regulatory requirements set by the Banking Reform Act.

Paul is also a Director and Trustee of the Bank Workers Charity. He is a proud alumnus of Birmingham Business School having graduated in Commerce and Italian Studies in 2003.

Lucy joined HSBC in June 2013 from Prudential plc where she was the Director of Group Compliance.  Prior to that, she was Head of Compliance at Aviva UK.  Her earlier career included a range of roles over some years at the Financial Services Authority, in the Markets Division and Retail Supervision, and managing ABN AMRO’s Government Affairs team in Brussels.

Lucy holds BA (Hons.) and MSc. Degrees in International Relations‎. Lucy is also a Trustee of the Institute of Business Ethics. Lucy is married with three young children and lives in Birmingham‎.
