Peter has worked with Phillips Consulting a foremost consulting firm in Nigeria where he was involved in delivering training, conducting research as well as carrying out consultancy projects on behalf of clients. He was also the Knowledge Management Director at IMS-a conglomerate of advertising based businesses which includes TBWA/Concept, Media Reach, Red Sky etc. He also managed the implementation of large scale projects such as building ICT Centres at some designated universities across Nigeria on behalf of New Horizons. Mr. Adetunji was also a senior consultant with Workforce Management Centre, where he led several strategy and HR transformation projects on behalf of the firm. Mr. Adetunji later worked with PADAG Consulting as the Principal Partner. His last appointment was with Resourcery Plc, where he headed the Learning and Performance Management function.
Currently he is studying for his PhD in Entrepreneurship at the University of Birmingham; with a focus on evaluating the impact of BSEEN/SPEED plus entrepreneurship programmes on the careers of individuals in the West-Midlands, his supervisors are Caroline Chapain, Joanne Duberley and Dan Corlett.
